John Demo Consulting in conjunction with the Pickle Improvement Center, offers training specifically targeted to the company’s needs related to acidified and fermented vegetables.
Instructors are Dr. Ron Buescher and John Demo.
The training is interactive with key employees in order to reinforce learning. We encourage that you send questions on specific issues that you wish to address in advance so that we can investigate approaches to solving or understanding them while on site.
These presentations are prepared by Dr. Buescher and John Demo with a combined experience of 100 years in research and manufacturing experience in the pickle industry. As these courses can be given on-site, this is an economical approach to getting some specialized learning in important areas of your business.
Short courses cover specific topics pertinent to the pickle industry and are excellent scientific explanations for new technical staff, management and sales/marketing personnel.
